This is designed for a law firm leader who has ample time available to work “on the business” as opposed to an attorney that is working full-time practicing law.   • You run a law firm (3-25 attorneys), that is U.S. based, and are either the managing partner or a firm shareholder.
  • Your firm’s run rate is at least 1MM dollars in annual revenue.
  • On a case-by-case basis, we work with practice leads of larger firms that have a book of business
    of at least 3MM a year in revenue.

Engagement Details

Length of engagement:

The first part of the engagement is three months. Implementation help is generally a 90-minute advisory call once per month, for 3 months, following the first 90-days of the engagement.

For law firm leaders that need more execution help and guidance, we recommend our 12-Month Turnaround engagement.

Time commitment needed:

This engagement requires the ongoing participation of the law firm principal. This includes phone calls, emails, and scheduled meetings, every week.

Cost:

The total cost of the reset is $30,000, broken into 3 payments.

Payment Terms:

The payment is charged at the beginning of each month before work commences.

ACH is the preferred method of payment.  We also accept credit card payment.
