I grew up in Massachusetts, but I have spent the last 20+ years living in sunny South Florida.
My first business conversation with an attorney was at a 2-year old’s birthday party. That one casual conversation led to the last 15+ years working with attorneys as an executive, advisor, and coach. Ten of those years were spent with one firm which I helped grow to over 200 attorneys. In that time, I led both their business development and marketing functions as a C-Level Executive.
During that tenure, our business development team earned three consecutive first place national awards for practice development from the Legal Marketing Association. Our marketing team also went on to win 17 national awards.
I have coached hundreds of attorneys on leadership, business development, marketing and building high-performing teams. After thousands of hours advising attorneys, watching them gain confidence in areas that are not their primary area of focus, still brings a smile to my face.
I have been a featured speaker at law firm industry events all over the country and truly enjoy public speaking and engaging with an audience.
I live in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with my wife, 3 kids (one part-time, away for college), and one really spoiled dog.
I love to travel, the Florida Keys, photography, talking about anything business related and football. You guessed it, my dog’s name is Brady.
Just knowing the answer has never been enough for me. A relentless curiosity has kept me searching for “the why” in every scenario. I have spent my career taking seemingly complicated concepts and problems and simplifying them down to clear, actionable steps to achieve outsized outcomes.
