Our People, Personalities and Roles Program
We facilitate this process starting with the law firm leader, giving them confidence and clarity as we continue to improve the firm together.
We work with the law firm leader to develop newly defined roles that are outcome-based and match people’s behavioral patterns, driving forces and competencies.
We utilize comparison reports (1 to 1 assessments) and team reports to understand the dynamics of creating and sustaining a high-performance team.
We help leaders regain their firm vision by taking immediate action to surround themselves with the right people to grow their firm and boost team morale and attract even more quality talent.

Each person that is participating will commit about 2.5hrs total. In addition, law firm leaders will also participate in co-creating the participants newly defined roles, and future roles of the firm.
