Engagement Details

Length of engagement:

1-2 months.  Usually depends on the availability/scheduling of the firm’s participants.

Time commitment needed:

Each person that is participating will commit about 2.5hrs total. In addition, law firm leaders will also participate in co-creating the participants newly defined roles, and future roles of the firm.

Cost:

  • $7,500 flat-fee.  This includes up to five people, their roles and 20 total research backed personal assessments and one-on-one debriefs for each participant.
  • For larger teams, we would need to discuss custom pricing and timeline.Can be accomplished in phases.

Payment Terms:

Payment is prepaid.  ACH or credit card payment accepted*. (*processing fee.)
