Business Development Audit & Reset
We conduct a comprehensive, objective assessment of your marketing / business development team, its people, roles and your current growth initiatives. This audit provides deep clarity, and fresh insights into your firm’s current business development capabilities and provides a roadmap for the future of the department and its path toward helping practice groups consistently grow their books of business.
After our full audit and assessments are completed, we work together to identify and prioritize the focus areas that will help the firm accomplish its growth goals.
We work collaboratively with Managing Partners, COOs, and / or the CMO, on firm selected key areas below.
Part one of the engagement typically last 2 months, depending on the size of your current marketing / business development team.
Part two of the engagement can be as short as 6 months or become a multi-year engagement depending on the desired key initiatives selected by the firm.
This engagement requires the ongoing participation of the leader of the marketing and business development function and their team members.
Range is $10,000 to $15,000 per month flat fee. Based on firm size.
The payment is charged at the beginning of each month before work commences.
ACH is the preferred method of payment. We also accept credit card payment.
